Elevated Wellness Counseling, LLC, is founded on helping people develop a working definition of wellness through a multifaceted lens, incorporating personal development, confronting fears, identifying strengths, and increasing capacity for problem solving and meaning making in life. Often, the human experience leaves us feeling burnt out, disconnected, and looking for meaning. Seeking therapy is the first step in building the skills necessary to thrive. Finding the right fit.
Greetings! I am Dr. Erica Merrill licensed clinical mental health counselor. I believe in engaging clients through a wellness paradigm and tend to shy away from pathologizing. I prefer to relate to clients and students through the lens of compassion, curiosity, and respect. While diagnosis can lend an excellent foundation to better understand a variety of human conditions, it's important to recognize that diagnosis does not define us. Click below to learn more about me.
Availability & Fees
*ALL sessions are currently engaged remotely through teletherapy, using Therapy Notes. Please use the contact page to share your information and concerns. Someone will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. This consultation will determine fit and prepare for what to expect in the coming sessions.
I am an out of network provider. I do not accept insurance. I am happy to file out of network claims for you to access reimbursement. Individual sessions and couples sessions must include a form of payment on file.
